The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns today’s attack on the Saint Petersburg subway network. At least 10 people were killed in the explosion and another 50 people were injured. We extend our deepest condolences to the families and the loved ones of the victims, and wish a speedy recovery to those injured.
